If you have not seen this news, the world lost a true champion of helping others above self with the sudden passing of Dr. Paul Farmer in February. Dr. Farmer and his organization, Partners in Health, were instrumental in helping grow our medical ministry in Haiti. This partnership and the impact Dr. Farmer had are detailed in a nice tribute from The East Tennessee Catholic.
